Brand signature experiences, an effective way to bring the brand to life

Upon a completion of formulating a brand platform for Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL, the next important step is to bring the brands to life in guest journey, creating opportunities for guests to appreciate the brand and associates during their stay. I created a series of brand signatures, resonating each brand positioining and promise to enhance guest experience.

PURPOSE

To bring the brand positioning to life in a guest journey, creating brand moments that guests can appreciate a thoughtfulness by the team as well as the brand.

  • Introduce 3 signature experiences for each brand.

  • Pan Pacific represents sincere hospitality and graceful luxury. The signature experiences include Pan Pacific Ambassador, Happy Sleeper - Sleep Programme and Sincerely Yours Celebrations

  • PARKROYAL COLLECTION represents iconic biophillic design, sustainability and a sense of wellbeing. The signature experiences include Eco Wellness, Urban Farming and Inspiringly Yours Celebrations

  • PARKROYAL represents experiences of the neighbourhood. The signature experiences include Lively Social Space, Gateway to the Locale and Simply Yours Celebrations
