SO/ BANGKOK and Brand Development
I was at the helm of the global launch of the luxury lifestyle brand SO/ Hotels and Resorts via the opening of SO/ BANGKOK, the brand’s first urban hotel. The brand essence inspired first-of-their-kind ideas for guest experiences.
Raffles Bali Jimbaran Bay Launch
I led a two-fold strategy for this project, which included the opening of the resort and the launch of the Emotional Wellbeing global brand programme. The idyllic location was ideal for curating one-of-a-kind wellness experiences.
Meetings and Events Guideline for Sofitel
I conceptualised and implemented an interactive meeting experience to elevate attendee productivity and uplift events revenue. A wide range of innovative products and services were born from guest insights and brand strategy.
Luxury Resort Guideline for Sofitel
I ideated luxurious experiences and leisure-specific services and amenities to meet market demands. These immersed guests in each destination while staying true to the brand.
